Actually I tried it some time ago... and I did like meditation... but then due to lack of time I didn't continue doing it... but I'm going to try it again ๐Ÿ‘

it s something that you need to practise everyday...
The purpose is to get a break between 2 thoughts, a break of few minutes and trying to extend that time...
