If you press and hold the bolt, you can tip an arbitrary amount.

 I don't know if this was suggested before but how about being able to configure that sats per upvote after the first click?

E.g. if my default sat upvote is 1, I don't want to click 50 times to gift 50 sats, it would be nice if there was a way to configure some sort of progression, even choosing from a preset of progressions such as:
