This sounds like a pretty big breakthrough... there seems to be agreement that both coffee and gut health are linked to several health benefits, but this would be a clear link between the two. A topic close to my heart: #780524 :)
Thanks for indicating the article about gut health. I've been much inclined to learning about human health and how those myths associated witb any food making us unhealthy. In my humble opinion any food that's taken in required quantities will only boost your health. This research is an answer to overtly health conscious people who don't/can't enjoy food citing the reason of risk of being unhealthy by savouring the tastes.
