Grave of the Fireflies is the most memorable because it is so heartfelt and honest. Probably my favorite, but a challenging watch. The Cat Returns and The Tale of Princess Kaguya I enjoy rewatching.
Yes, Grave of the Fireflies was good but a tough one to watch, knowing who was doing that and why! It was lived experience.
