I like the idea but part of revenue from junk removal comes from selling scrap parts, metal etc so would you be able to compete on price when your competitors have an additional revenue stream? You might if you put yourself on a bitcoin standard or do most of the work yourself.
I love these kinds of businesses though. I wanted to buy a territory for a brand that franchised junk removal, house cleaning and 1 day painting businesses. I wanted all three brands though and they only wanted to sell one at a time.
This only works when there is quality stuff being removed. The junky crap is just dumpster bait. Lately, manufacturers are not going for high quality goods, but goods that have planned obsolescence constructed into them.

Yeah so the junk will be disposed of but the stuff that’s alright we will link up with someone that needs it for free
