The Pelicans need a guy who plays like George, just in case Zion ever plays basketball again, and the 76ers need a guy who actually plays basketball.
I think they're both very distressed assets.

A lot of ifs there. And with the way Zion looking showing off his new gained man-boobs and belly lately in his tatoo video, that if Zion plays again probably becomes a big if. And even if he does play again, how long will he last before getting hurt again at this weight?
Might be good for Pels to admit defeat, admit the Zion draft was a bust, and start thinking about rebuilding. Getting PG does nothing for the Pels unless they get some first round picks along with it.

Totally fair. I was assuming that they wouldn't admit defeat on Zion.
The best course for them is to sell of everything of value and start over.
