I don't think it's fair that a person who genuinely wants privacy should be removed from the daily rewards, even though we know that being hidden makes it easier to go unnoticed when manipulating the daily rewards. Unfortunately I don't have a solution for this.
But privacy comes at a cost. As does publicly manipulating the system.
Maybe it just needs to continue as is and see where it all ends up.
