True true, if the SN team manages to bootstrap the platform into a news platform with ads etc (basically a decentralized, unedited New York Times -- lol!) that'd be amazing and hats off to them.
I suppose that's the dream they're currently bankrolling with 100k donations a day. If they're right, awesome -- looking forward to that product. If they're wrong, awesome -- thanks for the free(-ish) sats along the way

They do already hit that target occasionally. Since we're still so early, it's reasonable to expect them to start wildly exceeding it.
