It's very difficult to pick just one, but I'll say one that I saw lately and had an impact on me. It's called "It's a Wonderful Life" and tells the story of a righteous man in the midst of society crumbling into moral decay. It was truly a heart warming movie.
pull down to refresh
There will be blood.
I have a long list of movies that could be in my number one spot, but if I have to say just one, that's the one.
This might be my favorite too. It's Soo good. So much space. Absolutely beautiful.
Edward L Doheny discovered oil in Los Angeles, 1892
Pulp Fiction

+1
There are so many great movies I love, but recently I watched "Come and See", and it has become one of my top favorites.
It sounds romantic, right? What platform did you watch it on?
No, it's not a romantic movie. it's an anti-war film set during World War II. The story follows a young boy who witnesses the horrors of war. I absolutely love the cinematography of this movie. I watched it through a torrent download, but I think it's also available on YouTube now.
sounds good, I'll look for it to see it.
It's a great movie, but you can only watch it once, it's nerve wrecking.
Yeah, i agree.
hm... tricky one.
Hateful Eight, probably. Matrix, maybe.
Tho I gotta say I saw The Gentlemen recently (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8367814/) and it was stunning -- funny, exciting, mesmerizing script
I certainly watched a better one that I'll mention, but it was very memorable for me "The Usual Suspects"
Just because you're the portuguesehodler
A cage dorée
The Count of Monte Cristo (2002)
I remember watching 8½ for the first time and thought it was an absolute masterpiece. I'm not sure it's still my first choice, I'll have to watch it again.
One of the best movies I've seen so far is The Pursuit of Happyness, starring Will Smith alongside his son Jaden Smith. I loved its moving story of overcoming difficulties, which teaches you that no matter the difficulties in life, you have to keep moving forward.
Perfume: The Story of a Murderer
when I was young I liked comedy movies and laugh on all of them. Now, when I try to rewatch these comedies through the adult eyes they don't seem funny, they look like dramas for me. E.g. Groundhog day or Jim Carrey's roles
Groundhog Day is excellent
Great movie.
too many to mention, I love movies & books. recently discovered TUBI is FREE and so much greater than Netflix, and all of the stupid streaming services. Entirely Free and FAR GREATER OPTIONS!!! 😍
