I keep bees. My girls have been having a tough time of it for the last few years. We get honey, wax, royal jelly, propolis, sometimes stings and a lot of interesting times. Since we are in an urban setting they seem to be pretty productive. I am always complaining about the tendency for people to only monocrop in their yards — only bluegrass. And, I don’t like spraying of any kind, whether in the sky or to the lawns.
