For all the purists saying price doesn’t matter, now that we hit $100k my mom finally decided to #GetOffZero to buy her first sliver.
Her reason? A higher $USD value makes her less skeptical (but still skeptical because Bitcoin isn’t FDIC insured 🤣)

If your mum is retired, she could get hold on some sats herself on the Cointiply faucet site. Doing surveys n letting ads run in the background. It’s a slow but steady way to accumulate sats xP

Obviously price is important... I feel the same way, this recent price hike to 100k made my mother finally pay attention and want some SATS. She is now slowly unlearning in order to learn what she really needs, and has started a small DCA, looking forward to her retirement, which is not so far away now.
