Could it be that he thinks foolish “wasting” of sats gives him a chance to get them? The inference, to me, is that he is the creator of sats or the vacuum of tossed away sats.

He just gets mad at us whenever he catches us talking about gambling and tells us "More sats for me."
The inference must be that he's the house.
