Howdy Stackers!
On Dec 2nd I shared an idea to establish a festival for Stackers where we celebrate together by handing out a few awards to those that have been the best of the best in 2024. To realise it, I've come up with a draft as following.

There will be 5 awards in total for this year's festival.
- Stacker of the Year
- Territory of the Year
- Zapper of the Year
- Troller of the Year
- Post of the year
NominationsNominations
Like every award show, we'll also have nominations but they are open to everyone. Let's see how.
- For every award category, I'll make a seperate post 'Asking Nominations for.....'.
- All Stackers will be allowed to submit a maximum of 5 choices for every category. (If you submit more, the first five will be counted as valid).
- After the deadline for nominations, out of all the submissions by Stackers, the top five choices (by number of selection) will be selected for the final nominations.
- The final and top 5 nominations for each category will then move to the final round.
Final Round and The Winner
- I'll create a poll for each category with top 5 nominations where Stackers will again vote to decide the winner.

- We'll begin nominations for each category on or before December 15th.
- The Deadline for the submission or edit on nominations will be December 25 end of day UTC.
- The polls for winners will be out on or before December 28.
- The announcement of the winner and the Award ceremony will happen on New Year's Eve (31st Dec USA or January 1 India).

The draft and the stage is set for the first ever Award festival on SN, the first post for nominations will be out very soon. Until then you can have your say in the comments box and feel free to ask for any confusion or clarifications.
