This is great. I have seen and experienced where sometimes parents have a hard time letting their children grow past them and shine brighter. This seems crazy to me.

This is going to be my approach to parenting. My children should end up living a better life than I did. I should raise them better than my parents raised me. They should end being happier, more successful, and ultimately be better parents for their own children in time.
