No one's a bigger believer in due process than me, so I say run it up the latter. I'll just tell the other two contestants where to file their complaints.
There is an actual reason for why this rule exists. I realized that there's potentially a slight advantage to skipping a pick: you get a strike without eliminating an option. It also rewards better resource management, but the arbitrator might not agree with that assessment.
I won't skip the finals. I will use the Warriors in the finals since I haven't used them yet.
I am pretty content with Carresan or Supercyclone winning. Supercyclone has suffered enough crushing defeats from the baseball pools and the football pool to know enough misery and failure that I don't mind if he wins. Even if he will hold it over me.

@siggy47, how does the "reasonable person" thing work in law?
reply
This is why lawyers make the big bucks. They have to think of every crazy loophole some crazy person might try to exploit.

Watching any nba tonight?
reply
I might. I bet on Indiana (I may have a problem) and the Lakers on Ember. If League pass will cooperate, I'll watch.
reply
I bet on the Grizzlies on ember and I have a no sweat parlay in lakers/Twolves game.

Embiid left the game and the Sixers are making a huge comeback.

Saw that. I was about to say nice things about the Pacers.
