Went through the list so far, think we have a lot covered, here it is anyways:
- Ayn Rand's work (@TheWildHustle already suggested Atlas...) but also The Fountainhead, etc https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ayn_Rand#Selected_works
- Give the Bitcoin core a go and play around with testnet
- Go through Hal Finney's earlier blog, to understand the journey, and personally for me focus more on the behavioural side
