I hope you didn’t say that to anyone there. Neither men or women would appreciate it much. If you don’t look Japanese, there would just be the “Are you speaking English,” look. That would be the only way to get away with it.

It was in a dancing class with the teacher. She stared at me so I easily understood I did a mistake, furthermore everyone knew very well so I didn't have any problem.
