My initial goal was to do 100 pushups a day for 7 days. It was surprisingly easy, so I decided I won't stop. So far, I haven't stopped :)
I was already in a pretty good shape and doing yoga pretty much every day tho when I started this.
That's excellent, you are surpassing yourself, that's incredible, keep it up, I hope I can take on that same discipline.
