I think about this while I prepare my breakfast at home.
What is the favorite breakfast of Bitcoiners in SN?
Here in South America the options usually vary depending on where you are. I can only comment on the places I have visited.

Dominican Republic I traveled there a while ago. And I could see that a very typical breakfast is "Green plantains cooked in water and scrambled eggs with Salami" another very common option is "Tostadas" which are breads filled with ham and cheese plus tomato sauce and mayonnaise, with some salad, the bread is crushed in a hot pan and that's it. And the "Batidas" are drinks prepared with evaporated milk, combining the fruit with milk in a blender and you get a "Batida". Of the many options the "Tripleta" was the best according to my tastes. It was a "Batida" of Mango, strawberry and bananas.

Peru In Peru breakfast is something quite peculiar... Most people eat bread. In every corner of the city you will find small businesses that sell breads (breakfasts), there are all kinds
- Bread with avocado
- Bread with egg
- Bread with cheese
- Bread with sausage
- Bread with black olives (I never dared to try this one)
- Among others And the drinks, they are mainly hot drinks although you also find many places that offer natural juices such as oranges, melon, strawberries, soursop and Peruvian chica morada (prepared from purple corn š½) Hot drinks, some examples are oatmeal, quinoa, barley.

Venezuela Here is something that can vary depending on the city where you are. In the center of the country where I come from, the normal thing is to eat arepas, or scrambled or boiled eggs. Pancakes with cheese, cereal or fruit. And since Venezuelan culture has been built by coexisting with other cultures, we have that something very typical in Venezuela is to eat breakfast in a bakery, opting for options such as the "cachito, or the mini lunch" accompanied by a malt or chicha

Ecuador I'm sorry but I couldn't highlight anything about this gastronomy, Ecuadorians eat a lot of encebollado and meals with vegetables and stew š² honestly I didn't adapt very well to the food here on the occasion that I was able to visit this country. Their way of eating is very different from what I'm used to.

Colombia Honestly, Colombian food is very very similar to the food you find in Venezuela. Empanadas, arepas, meats, etc... I visited Colombia on two occasions and I never felt that there was so much difference in the food.
