Thanks. Yeah I'm not doing too bad, although I do have to keep an eye on balancing the chest out with back and core exercises. My weight has been pretty much the same for the past 2-3 years. And yes, was already lean. I do have more muscle mass now tho. Awesome to hear I've inspired you! 🤠

Yes, kids doing board games is an amazing thing! Once they start playing them and liking them the they will never quit playing and better yet, they will want to play more and more difficult games that hone their skills.
