In other news, my wife gives me strict orders to give her cash because she doesn’t trust me enough to feel safe that I will make good choices haha.

One year, I was ahead of her because I gave her the most expensive hairdryer in the world, Dyson! When she received my gift, she was visibly taken by surprise and hesitantly managed a weak thank you. I was shocked at how my money went down - unappreciated.

She did eventually come around to like Dyson, but I don’t think I will stick my neck out there again. Haha
