Oakland's stadium is outdated which is why the Raiders left twice.
The stadium is owned by the city of Oakland.
The A's have the lowest payroll in baseball, I think.

Yes, it is outdated.
Just like every other stadium.
But it could be upgraded for a fraction of the cost to build a new one.
But it doesnt matter because they are moving away after 3 season.
Vegas has never had a pro baseball team.
Owners want luxury seats that old stadiums don't have.
