Oakland's stadium is outdated which is why the Raiders left twice.
The stadium is owned by the city of Oakland.
The A's have the lowest payroll in baseball, I think.

Yes, it is outdated. Just like every other stadium. But it could be upgraded for a fraction of the cost to build a new one. But it doesnt matter because they are moving away after 3 season.

Oakland Coliseum was built in 1966. No other stadium is that old except for Fenway Park and Wrigley Field.
Oakland Coliseum was used for football and baseball.
