Who are US Asians surrounded by? All the other Asians.
US whites do appear to outperform the other whites. As you note, some of that is the high portion of jews. The other part is that Europe and Canada suck. I never said they didn't.

That graph was hard to read, I'm getting more and more far sighted
edit: I'm sure there are Jews in Europe and Canada bringing up the average or median
