He has done well. I give a lot of credit to the Lions GM as well for putting that roster together. 

He has the best offensive line and best play caller in football. We will see if he is a successful when that is no longer the case. Andy Reid is widely considered the best coach in football but no one thought he was the best until he had the best QB in the league.

I like the guy personally; this is what a football coach is supposed to be. I want him to win the SB and wish him well.
He is fun to watch (unlike Belichit, "We are ready for another team, next question" di%#$).
He took the Lions from brown paper bags to SB hopes; that's a lot in a short time; he just needs to get there and win...
