Ukrainian parliament big brains decided in 2021 "Bitcoin is to complicated" to balance power grid.
At the moment we don't have enough electricity for daily use. That's why I'm not sure Ukraine is in this list

But from the news I read it seems Ukraine will soon legalize Bitcoin in 2025

They posted it yearly and declined it yearly.
However after Trump resolution about Bitcoin and crypto, especially after his winning the election our country maybe legalize Bitcoin too
