You should see this in your value-enabled podcast app, and you can also see it in the podcast index.
It will depend on the app since not all apps support episode-level value splits. If the app supports it - like Breez - it will take the split defined in the episode. If not, the podcast-wide split will be used.

Gigi - I enjoyed the read of this article on the Guy Swann pod. "Tipping" you here as a thank you. Do you have more recommendations that would help me wrap my head around this "busking" concept that you are relating to online media? I think that could be the answer to the honest critique I made of Value for Value here:

Although I think Adam Curry has been critical of the verbiage of "tipping" as it relates to value for value, I think it fits what you are talking about. I also think the entertaining way that Curry shills for BOOSTS is a perfect example of a great street performers' showmanship, albeit with much greater potential (as you are street performing for the world).
