Pivot pivot pivot. You hear this a lot, be open to change and questioning yourself. But when it's the week of the first release to the world, and then on the day before, you decide with your co-founder to change gears completely because it's too niche, and the work you did in the last 6 months is not good enough... It's tough. But that's how startups work, so you go with it and it somehow works out.
The next thing is resilience. Bootstrapping is tough, we went the route of raising money. And if you doubt for a second, if you lose vision, if you stop pushing, sending reminders, to the point where you feel like you're annoying everyone, I think you won't make. Persistence is key.
