Good idea. I know Alby hub already offers sub accounts. Do these lack the necessary attachment methods right now?
Is it an uncle jim type subaccount with its own balance? I didn't realize.

Yes. There are different types of sub accounts. One enables a lightning address.
I was looking at it last night. I set this up for my Kratom friend initially. I'm not sure how it would function for zapping, but receiving will be fine, I think.

😀 Seriously, if you can make it work I'd be willing to test out a sub for a stacker. I'm not sure if there's a practical limit on how many subs can be handled on one node?

Probably mostly a matter of managing liquidity well. All those invoices eventually take up a lot of disk space and can make restarting lnd slow too. SN's lnd node takes 10 minutes to start.
