Additionally to what you said: Most stackers weren't withdrawing their sats when they still could for the sake of a circular economy anyway, so CCs behave just the same as custodial sats for most.
If half the effort spent complaining about them were instead used to understand them, they would see it's actually a pretty good solution for the situation we're in as you explained here.

Imho, most of them are confused.
Yeah, those who didn't like to spend by zapping are the ones complaining. They see a real cut in their pays.

I don't withdraw them because I want to convert them easily into CCs when is need it.
