Is that WoT just serving as like an A/B comparison, for now?
i.e., eventually the front page will be populated by the algo populating WoT?
(and assuming at that point /rss would then match the WoT ?)

Yep, just A/B. It'll probably go live on the front page by Feb and on the rss feed then too.
