Usually I have no problem withdrawing sats. Not sure what happened yesterday when I tried.

We see users who recently withdrew & deposited successfully. Can you confirm this? We are investigating right now
Yes 20k sats out of balance of 20320. I didn't join a challenge this month because the weather has been bitterly cold and snowy so was going to withdraw sats and then deposit when I join the next one.
Error message is "unable to decode the code". I get that whether I scan a qr code or input a lightning address manually.
We are investigating. Please give us a few moments to resolve this. I think we found the issue — our Voltage node is stuck on sync, which may be causing problems for some users

BTW, we have a health and fitness territory now founded by @realBitcoinDog. WorkIt challenges will be part of it. Can you let us know which wallet you are sending to? We tested a few like Phoenix, WOS, Muun, Bitkit, AQUA and Primal and all went through.
Can you try sending like 18K and also make sure the amount is specified on the receiving wallet?

We will be adding the 'max send' option for sending Bitcoin to avoid confusion, along with the ability to send without specifying the 'receiving sat amount.'

You don't need to open a channel, the self-custodial wallet is currently disabled. Only the custodial wallet is working right now
