I was pretty disappointed when I got the news especially when I thought my overall health was good! But I wonder how many people have fatty liver getting around and wouldn’t even know. As I had no signs of it. Was only found due to a health check with bloods that not many guys are getting done

Was this part of a normal blood draw? Definitely annual physicals are key here!

I went for a check up heart rates etc and asked to get a full blood check so we did and found all other markers spot on except two of the six liver ones
