The Semifinals in our College Football playoff point challenge have ended.

The game winners and point totals were: Notre Dame 51 points Ohio State 42 points

Current Prize pool: 41,967 sats

Here are the scores from the semi-final round:

Current Standings:

There will be 12 points available in the final round. If you currently have less than 17 points you have no path to victory and are eliminated. Thanks for playing.

The final game is on Monday January 20th. I will open up the pick submissions a few days prior.

Good Luck in the final round!

I'm excited to see what crazy swings Turd and Cyclone take.

Anyone under 26 points probably has to take ND. Assuming of course everyone else goes for OSU and tries to win it on the 4 point bonus tiebreaker.

reply

Yeah, even where I'm at, it might be better to take ND with a realistic score, than have to pick the fourth most likely total.

reply

Definitely something to consider.

Great job, Stackers! I think we can say NIL and the transfer portal has truly advanced parity in NCAAF.

I can't believe that play call on 2nd and goal from the 1. What was Texas doing? Could have been a tie game. Instead they lose 6 yards and need to pass. Strip sack, returned for a TD. Talk about win probability crashing from 50% to 0 in a matter of a minute.

If Arch was in would have been a different story. Ewers is trash in the big moment

So basically I need @suraz @Bell_curve @grayruby @Undisciplined and @theonceler to all pick ND so I can pick OSU!

Then have ND win the championship anyways lmao

reply

So you are saying there is a chance?

reply

Seems unlikely but mathematically you are not eliminated.
