had a quick read of this

https://www.msn.com/en-gb/health/other/troubling-rise-in-people-admitted-to-hospital-due-to-lack-of-vitamins/ar-AA1wMv1G?ocid=winp2fptaskbar&cvid=7ea8c8ea1bd94abedbcfd6c2b53a6c7e&ei=10

I thought I would shout it out because, specifically my wife always ends up with B deficiencies and low iron and I have to constantly remind her to take her b complex tablets.

B complex tablets are super cheap. @charonnakamoto recently mentioned taking Benfotiamine to make sure B vitamins are being absorbed #846276

Maybe this has something to do with it also, haha https://www.instagram.com/reel/DELePTnSGAD/

Most people are also chronically deficient on Vit D, which the article missed. But it is good they brought about the crucial role that B vitamins play along with some minerals. BTW, Benfotiamine is not super cheap unfortunately. But health is one thing I don't hesitate spending sats on. It is also good to get blood work up done every 6 months to identify issues proactively.
