Yeah I think so! I was on the road this week and I took a bit of fruit and veg and was looking for some protein and struggled to find any good protein from all the food outlets. I did end up finding a omelette which sorted me out

Yeah I think I should get some clean whey protein to save the hassle but I’d rather real meat at least I feel more full but it will be better then nothing
