Well the FAA is going to likely run them through the ringer.... I am not sure with the new admin what exactly the FAA will do with Trumps relationship with Musk.
Airlines likely cant go after SpaceX and instead would go after the FAA because it is up to them to monitor and let the airlines know so that anything like this can be addressed before flights take off
