Do you remember my Latest 23 Weeks of Valuable Data Analysis for Territory Owners? It all started from @grayruby's legendary post Top SN Territories - 17 weeks later and @supratic's followup post Decrypting SN KPIs to define the "worthiness" of posting in the right territory. I keep doing this analysis from time to time for all territories. It is a great exercise, driven by curiosity, seeking truth in SN data, helps me see which territories are doing well, as I want to learn more to better facilitate similar practices in ~Design. ~Music, ~Stacker_Sports and ~Bitcoin_Beginners are good reference for me. I invite all territory owners¹ to take a look and try providing quality contents to rise engagement. Highlighted in bold, territories that have less than a post per day.

That was @davidw's legendary post not mine. Full credit to him but I will take credit for proving he was wrong about a highly engaged founder being a negative for a territory. Territories were never going to be set it and forget it. I was mildly annoyed when davidw posted this and implied the founder being the most active member was a bad thing. In any new venture it is the founder who needs to will it into existence and build the market for it.

I do think there will come a time when SN and territories are larger and founders can be less active with the day to day posts, zapping etc and just focus on more meta things but we have work to do to get there.
