Funny, I had the opposite reaction. I thought, wow, this is so different from his last speeches on campaign.

I listened to the last bit of it live. Not worth listening to. It didn't seem incoherent to me at all. It sounds like Trump summarizing a bunch of stuff he's been saying for a while. Nothing interesting. When I read "incoherent" I think a rambling bunch of stuff that doesn't make sense. Trump does that pretty often. So did Biden.

You can say the things Trump is saying he is gonna do is incoherent but... I mean news flash. What's new. Not sure what the OP is getting at. This is politics and this is Trump politics. What do you expect?
