I do no control what telegram is inserting ads in a channel.
those ads are visible only for other people, not for me.
Just ignore and I think you can disable the ads from your telegram options.

it's sad that telegram is going on this path, instead of embracing only btc.
They can restrict this crap and other impersonator scams but they seems to let it be a source of income for them.
They just want to make some money on your efforts! Nothing wrong with that, is there? :(
