Oh don’t worry about your English. Just be yourself. I understood your story loud and clear.
I am impressed by how you got the startup to pay you in Bitcoin! That’s my lifelong dream!
Do you know how to attach an external wallet so that you can receive sats instead of cowboy credits? @supratic will have the details xP
Looking to reading more from you!

You know that Wallet of Satoshi is a custodial wallet, right? I think it's an excellent wallet for beginners and also to keep small amounts, but there's always the risk...
I'd make sure to always move sats to a custodial wallet, either lightning or on chain, when the amount of stacked sats gets a little high (the amount you won't feel too bad should you lose, as people usually like to say).
A convenient (fast, cheap, and with no custody or KWC) is Boltz Exchange (se also Boltz Pro), which allows you to swap LN sats to BTC on chain, Rootstock. or Liquid.
Bull Wallet is also a good alternative. Its an on chain and Liquid wallet, which let you pay and receive lightning sats from/to either of them through submarine swaps. As a plus, it implements Silent Payments for privacy.
