Why not just say it at the time? Or, at least disclose it to the senators and local police who were trying to find out what was happening.

Everything I saw looked like planes or slow moving drones, and I figured after it started picking up that people would start flying their own.

As for why they didn't say anything, maybe just the combo of an incompetent administration and 'senioritis.'

I also think this new administration is taking the UFO topic much more serious.

The previous administration should have come clean with this before.
