Dry fasting gets the body into autophagy faster and encourages production of "endogenous water". Both of those help with cleaning up inter/intracellular debris, which is one of the primary causes of aging.
It's basically a turbo boosted fast and it's honestly not any harder to do.

As a heads up, when I first started, I hit a point of feeling pretty thirsty after a few hours, but then I stopped getting more thirsty and got used to that being my default state.
If you're accustomed to wet fasting, you may have noticed something similar with hunger.

Yeah I do 16:8 fasting pretty much every day for the last year or so sometimes a 18;6 but always with liquid
