I thought your idea of inversely proportional fee revenue was cool: #706642

I was a bit hesitant to ship comment fees because I'm fairly certain they'll be confusing. I anticipate a lot of "why is my comment 30 sats all of a sudden?" from existing stackers, then new stackers will be confused but not say anything.

We'll ship it anyway, but I'm afraid of fee overload.
