Absolute madness, cops are getting mandatory OT assignments due to shortage of cops to service the city, and they also get a pension based on their last 3 year's pay...so officers are quitting depending on how banger their OT pay was. Incentives completely misaligned, result is losing cops in droves and a projected $1 BILLION OT bill this year!
