nostr seems like it could be useful here, both for facilitating the payment but also for leaving nice messages to the couple. getting a relay on relay.tools, require users to pay a minimum zap to use the relay. once they are on the relay, they can zap the wedding couple, leave notes, etc. could be done through a nostr client or just simply from relay.tools website link to the relay.
