I had couple complaints about Samourai wallet and I wonder if this solves any of them:
  • There were so many UI bugs in Samourai wallet that it was really annoying to use (confusing navigation through whirlpool, using FAB for things that don't belong to FAB, inconsistent swiping & scrolling patterns, bugs where when you click it throws you to homepage, etc)
  • There are many cryptic codenames in the UI and that makes the wallet confusing to use (and in reality it's usually just some gimmicky feature).

The UI/UX has been improved yes. Yes there were a lot of buzz words, but mostly it just amounted to
  1. coinjoin with a partner
  2. coinjoin with yourself (looked identical to #1) and is a default
  3. adding hops between yourself and destination. Good for sending "tainted" bitcoins to an exchange if you wanted to do that for some reason. Or just obscuring the history in general
