I am happy we can move on from the 2025/26 NFL season. I don't like the Eagles but I respect the way they rebuilt their team and coaching staff after last year's embarrassing collapse and it was nice to see the Chiefs get kicked in the teeth.
Unsurprisingly, the Eagles open with the best odds to win next year's Super Bowl, followed by the Chiefs, Bills, Ravens and Lions.
Super Bowl LX odds
Philadelphia Eagles +625 Kansas City Chiefs +650 Buffalo Bills +675 Baltimore Ravens +675 Detroit Lions +1100 San Francisco 49ers +1400 Washington Commanders +1700 Green Bay Packers +2000 Cincinnati Bengals +2000 Los Angeles Rams +2200 Los Angeles Chargers +2400 Houston Texans +2800 Minnesota Vikings +3500 Denver Broncos +3500 Tampa Bay Buccaneers +3500 Chicago Bears +3500 Miami Dolphins +5000 Pittsburgh Steelers +5500 Arizona Cardinals +6000 Dallas Cowboys +6000 Seattle Seahawks +6000 Atlanta Falcons +6000 New York Jets +8000 Cleveland Browns +10000 Jacksonville Jaguars +10000 New England Patriots +10000 Las Vegas Raiders +10000 Carolina Panthers +10000 Indianapolis Colts +10000 New Orleans Saints +12500 New York Giants +20000 Tennessee Titans +20000
Some pretty nice odds outside of the top 5 if you think the 49ers will have a bounce back year (I do), the Commies will continue to get better (probably), Green Bay will get a couple studs to go with a quality young roster (maybe), and the Bengals will finally get Burrow an OLine and Defense (debatable),
What do you think stackers? How much should I bet on the 49ers at 14-1 and who do you like at their current odds?
Sats for all, GR
3/4 of that vaunted Eagles DLine that had Mahomes seeing ghosts are Free Agents. Hard to imagine they all stay.
reply
That's exactly what happened after their last Super Bowl. It's very hard to hang onto free agent champions.

Eagles also likely losing Kellen Moore. I thought it was pretty lame of Sirianni to call him out about staying during the acceptance speech.
reply
That should be a relatively easy offense to coordinate, though.
reply
Should be if you can manage the diva infighting between Brown and Hurts.
reply
Just keep a whole cart of self help books around. Or, even better, hire the actual authors to be on the sideline for consultations.
I like the commies odds, considering I know nothing about their contracts status
reply
Commies have either the most or second most salary cap space in the NFL so they will definitely be able to improve even if they lose a couple of their own FAs.
reply
I like the 49ers and Bengals value.
reply
i don't trust to Bengals to actually fix their problems. It's a shame. They should be in the mix every year with Burrow as QB.
reply
Assume the Chiefs have a typically post-Suber Bowl loss let down year and Baltimore fizzles out again.
The two other teams to look at in the AFC are Bills and Bengals, because they have the other elite QB's.

I'm taking Gang Green at 8000-1

This is your year! 80-1.

Slim odds, but I'll wager that Albuquerque gets an expansion team, names them the Aardvarks, and they win year one.

@mega_dreamer can we get a 2026 Super Bowl market up based on the early odds?
reply
Yes, we'll have it ready by tomorrow. Thanks for the recommendation.
