It looks like just a liquidity issue, neither SN nor coinos is specifically to blame. It's just a lack of channel management somewhere in the lightning network.
But I guess we could open even bigger channels but we already have quite some big private channels afaik ...
i'm starting to look like the guy on the left!

then it would have been better if you hadn't said anything. If it's my problem, you can say so. I have no problem assuming that I'm not the best LN user!

just saying you need to either use CCs or figure out a lightning wallet that works reliably and you can use
we'll add cashu wallets soon, maybe that will make things easier.

I don't want to have my own LN wallet and try to use CCs as little as possible. Do you know of any LN custodial and free wallet better than coinos?

Did you try the cashu wallets that have NWC? Like cashu.me or Minibits?
But since you don't have a smartphone, I think Minibits is out of the question.
And you can't use cashu.me for receiving with SN because it mixes send+recv permissions. I created a PR to allow receiving but a PR to separate them is still missing.
Seems that Coinos is attacked again, not liquidiry. Check this too, could be their nwc relay having problems. https://github.com/ZeusLN/zeus/issues/2823
They became too big and attract the bad guys or even rogue gov agencies.
