This is the best I can do for now...
the legs also contained black so are getting altered.
I could try to make it transparent. When I imported into premiere automatically is making the transparency black.
do you animate it manually or there is some tol that puts moving hats and captions on gif elements?

adobe premiere, frame by frame. Is quite a job to do it.
